With our chemical machining processes, we have the capability of reducing metal thickness to a precision tolerance without affecting the temper or chemical properties of the original material properties. Shimifrez uses this technique in cases where the required thickness and tolerance is either not in stock and we can eliminate the need for a “minimum buy” on new material, the required thickness is not available as a standard thickness from the metal producing mill, or to reduce delivery time for your order.
