How long does it take to get parts made?
Standard lead times is two weeks. We also offer 5-day, 3-day and same-day premium fabrication services.
What types of packaging do we offer?
Bulk packing, tubes, boxed in foam layers or pick and place trays are used.
Does photo etching alter the properties of the metal?
No. Unlike traditional machining (such as stamping or laser cutting) there is not stress or extreme heat applied to the metal which could potentially affect the metal properties.
What types of parts can be produced?
Products that are commonly produced using photochemical etching include RFI / EMI shields, encoder discs, metal meshes and grids, gimbal discs, target sights, flat springs, nozzles heads, etc.
